- As of 2018, the lifeguard position is contracted through Midwest Pool Management. Interested applicants should apply through the Midwest Pool website.
How do I apply for Police Officer and Firefighter positions?
- Once the position is open, applications will be accepted until the stated deadline
- Completed application materials must be submitted to the HR office
- Applications must include all requested copies of materials for consideration
- Applicants will be notified of each stage of the hiring process via email and/or telephone
- Following the completion of the hiring process, an eligibility list will be determined and immediate future openings will be filled from this list first
When are Police Officer and Firefighter/Paramedic positions opened?
- The Police Officer position generally opens 1 time per year
- The Firefighter/Paramedic position generally opens 1-2 times per year
- These are subject to change depending on need
